Service Description
Preparation Requirements: To ensure a flawless foundation, please have your hair washed and braided into small to medium straight-back braids (minimum 10 braids) before your appointment. • If your hair is not prepped, a $40 braid-down fee will apply. Hairstyling Options: Your installation includes a choice of bombshell curls or bone straight styling. For other styles, an additional fee will apply. Hair Submission Policy: All hair must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. • Late submissions will incur a $75 same-day customization fee. • This fee applies to all same-day bookings. Client-Provided Hair: If you are providing your own wig, please contact me immediately after booking to arrange a drop-off time. • Units must be dropped off at least 24 hours before your appointment for customization. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in extended appointment times and additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Please be on time to avoid LATE FEES! Late fees are $10 for EVERY 15 MINUTES that you are late. (Please inform me of lateness, AFTER 30 mins your appointment is voided and deposit is forfeited) CANCELLATIONS! For Cancellations, Please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time! ( deposit is Non-refundable ) DEPOSITS! DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE UNLESS THE ARTIST RESCHEDULES. IF YOU CHOOSE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT SLOT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR NEW SERVICE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING. DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF BOOKINGS IT IS INCONVENIENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE WHO COULD HAVEN BEEN SERVICED DURING THE TIME OF YOUR SLOT.
